Vikram to start his next

Chiyaan Vikram is going on full speed in his career as he is planning to get back his one time charisma back. Though in the past couple of years he had slow downed the speed but now he is gearing up and is going on a signing spree.

Even before he completed his film with director Vijay he is all set to start his next project. The film is to be directed by Suseedran of Naan Mahaan Alla fame and the shooting is going to start on April 6th, 2011. It is a full length action entertainer and is going to be a real treat for his fans after a long time. Suseendran has already started the pre production work of the film.

Meanwhile, Vikram turned workaholic and is working on non stop schedules. He is currently busy with his movie, tentatively titled Deivamagan’ or Pitha. Vikram has done a different make over for this film and so this might be the reason, as he is not making any public appearance.

Vijay’s different introduction scene in Velayudham?

So far in almost every film we have seen the hero’s introduction scene in an action sequence. If taken in Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s career he almost appeared with the same sequences and in his latest release Kaavalan too he had done the same.

But in his forthcoming film Velayudham it will be a complete different introduction of Vijay and director Jayam Raja has designed it in a funny way. The scene goes this way Vijay will pull the chain to stop the train in which he is traveling to Chennai. And the Ticket Collector comes to the place where Vijay sits and demands him to pay the penalty money or else he warns him to get off the train. Immediately, the people of his village touches the foot of the TC by saying that they will be paying the penalty amount on behalf of Vijay, “Please don’t let him back to our town’.

Rana, Super star’s next prestigious project is making buzz every now and then in the tinsel town for it latest occurrences.

For the last couple of weeks, Rana topped the headlines for the hunt of heroines opposite Rana. Things are under finalization regarding the female leads pertaining to the dates and the rest of the things. Now latest and most attractive part of Rana is, Super star Rajini himself has written the story for Rana. Interesting! This is going to be his second story writing as he has earlier penned the story for the film Valli in 1993.

1000 dancers who are going to shake their legs with Suriya.

7am Arivu the much awaited project of Suriya is currently busy with the shooting part. It is well known that Suriya is playing the role of a handicapped circus artiste while Shruthi Hassan is seen as his love interest. The music of this eagerly waited film is going to be launched on March 28th, 2011 at Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s of Red Giants movie banner is making grand arrangements for this mega audio launch. Today music director Harris Jayraj has started recording a mega dance track of the film. To our surprise its 1000 dancers who are going to shake their legs with Suriya.

Producer turned actor Udhayanidhi Stalin of Red Giants is planning to release the film in August. 7am Arivu will be dubbed in Telugu too.

Here is the news for Super star and Ulaganayagan fans. Though many films of Rajinikanth and Kamala Hassan are hitting the screens but there is always a deep desire for fans, as they want to see both of them together.

And Yes! Here we go with the latest news which confirms that Superstar Rajinikanth and the Ulaganayagan Kamal Hassan have decided to act together. All the credit for this achievement goes to veteran K.Balachander as he is the one who is making this happen for one more time. In the past both the stars have done nearly 20 films during their early stages of career. But now they are coming up with a short film but not a full length feature film.

The start of this short film starring Rajini and Kamal will mark the laying of the foundation stone for the building at the Payanoor site located on the Old Mahabalipuram Road. The actual work of the building will start soon. This building site is being allocated by the Tamilnadu government and the houses for members of the film fraternity will be constructed over here.

The short film will commence very soon and the K Balachander will be calling the shots.

This is the first short film of Rajini and Kamal and one can’t wait to see them rock!

Vijay Singing 'Velayudham' Song ( Video )

While addressing the large fans gathering at the protest rally in Nagapattinam recently, Vijay also took some time to talk about his film ‘Velayudham’. Vijay said ‘Velayudham’ will more than compensate for ‘Kavalan’ with enough action and masala. He said ‘Velayudham’ has two kuthu songs to make the people get up and dance.

But there is another emotional song which has become the favourite of Vijay. He said that, though the song was written for a different situation, when ever he hears it he just can’t stop thinking of his fans.

Celebrity Cricket – Genelia & Shriya Cheers !!!

JAI HO - AR Rahman the journey home world tour 2011 17 - 20 March 2011 ( Grand Theater, Marina Bay Sands )

A.R. Rahman, best known for his work on the score for the Academy Award-winning film "Slumdog Millionaire," is back in Singapore as part of the Jai Ho Concert: The Journey Home World Tour which will play in 16 major cities worldwide.

For the trek, Rahman is collaborating with creative director Amy Tinkham, who has worked to create concerts for Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys and Mariah Carey. The concert is a theatrical experiencing featuring music, but dance and acrobatics.

The show will include songs from Slumdog Millionaire as well as the Indian films Lagaan, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, Dil Se, Rang De Basanti and Roja'.
