Raghava Lawrence turns as music director

Raghava Lawrence who rocked with his stellar performance in Kanchana is known for his dance talents.
But now the dancer-actor-director will soon be seen in a new avatar says kollywood circles. Lawrence is presently shooting his upcoming telugu flim ‘Rebel’ with Prabhas in the lead role.

Earlier it was Thaman S who was signed to compose music for the film but later he was opted out of the project for unavoidable reasons.
Now Lawrence has come forward to compose music for his own film, sources say that for a dancer like him it won’t be difficult to bring out the music talents.

Venkat Prabhu’s New Film

Muktha Seenivasan holds special mention for having produced excellent movies over the ages. Now in collaboration with his brother V. Ramasamy’s son Muktha Govindan have launched a new production house Muktha Entertainments Pvt Ltd.

The production house will churn out 3 big budget movies every year and for now they have signed Venkat Prabhu to make the first movie. The director will commence this project, once he is done with Suriya’s next film.

The other film will be directed by a successful director, who recently gave a super hit movie and the details will be unveiled shortly.

Mupphozhuthum Un Karpanaigal to have big release

Mupphozhuthum Un Karpanaigal starring Atharva and Amala Paul, directed by its producer Eldred Kumar has turned red hot. It has constantly been in the news as the director was changed halfway through the films and later the songs by GV Prakash caught the fancy of the public. The unconventional promos have also worked in its favor.

The film will be released on February 17th across 252 screens. Such numbers are common usually only for big films with top stars. The cast and crew are very excited and are looking forward to the big day and are keeping their fingers crossed for the success of their film.

After the grand success of Siva Manasula Sakthi and Boss Engira Bhaskaran,director Rajesh started working on his third rib tickling romantic movie, Oru Kal Oru Kannadi. The movie, titled from the hit song from Siva Manasula Sakthi, has Hansika Motwani as the heroine.

Like Rajesh’s earlier movies, comedian Santhanam will present his signature humour.Udhayanidhi Stalin plays an unemployed youth in the film in which Hansika is the heroine and has music by Harris Jayaraj.

Nirav Shah who was to be the cameraman has moved out of the project due to prior commitments.Now Balasubramaniam is the cinematographer.The film will be a typical Rajesh styled comedy entertainer . The album will most likely release on Februrary 24
