Actress in big trouble after bank fraud

Leena Maria Paul, a known face in South Indian film industry is in the news for all wrong reasons. The actress and her boyfriend Balaji are said to have duped near about 20 crore by posing as IAS officers, and Government officials. The actress was arrested recently in Delhi and cars worth millions have been seized at her farmhouse.

The farmhouse where she shared with her live in partner was home for luxury cars: Rolls Phantom, Audi, Ashton Martin etc. She was arrested after a sting operation by Delhi and Chennai police, however her boyfriend managed to escape the scene. The actress has acted in a few of Malayalam movies and she was a rising cinestar in south India.

Oh Penne from Anirudh is out

Anirudh is a musical sensation no doubt and his versatile attempts in music has paved off well. The composer is now partying for his next "Vanakam Chennai" that features Shiva and Priyaanand in the lead. As we already know, Anirudh is quite popular in social networking sites; he has recently posted a 40 second teaser song for this upcoming flick. 

The song blazes off with "Oh Penne" and a bunch of English lyrics up its way. A remix song which Anirudh has collaborated with Arjun from UK is out now creating waves already. Anirudh's Kolaveri created a sensation on social networking site creating a worldwide impression, so shooting off a teaser is the latest promo styles and joining this is "Oh penne".

Hansika’s simple and elegant look to charm audiences soon

Hansika would be seen next in the Sundar C mass entertainer Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru, which is set for release on June 14th.

She would be playing a typical modern city girl, working in an IT firm. For most of the film she would be seen in simple and elegant attires while she would be sporting an uber-glam look in the songs, set to tune by composer Sathya.

Director Sundar C has taken special interest in Hansika’s look and costumes in the film and she has thoroughly enjoyed her experience working on the film and particularly the Japan shoots.

Santhanam in Kamal Haasan’s role

K. Balachander’s classic comedy featuring Superstar Rajinikanth, Thillu Mullu, had a special guest appearance by Kamal Haasan towards the end where he comes to rescue Rajini from his goof ups.

In the 2013 remake directed by Badri and featuring Shiva in the lead, sources say that the unit was successful in roping in Santhanam to play the cameo similar to that of Kamal in the original. Thillu Mullu also stars Prakash Raj, Isha Talwar, Sathyan, Kovai Sarala, Parotta Soori and a host of other talented actors.

Music of this film will be by a unique combination of Yuvan Shankar Raja and M.S.Viswanathan. The film is expected to release on June 14th.
