Oruthalai Ragam began T. Rajendar's entry into Kollywood. As an unknown entity, TR, as he is popularly known, had to release the movie on his own when he found no takers. When the movie ran for one year, TR became a household name.Naturally, Tr is fond of the 'Kadhal' title and his next venture is titled Oruthalai Kadhal featuring himself in the robust character of a folk artiste. As is his wont, TR is introducing five new faces: three boys and two girls.
Deviating from the formula of lavish sets for songs, TR plans to can the songs in locales showcasing the village flavour. The script does not demand that but the end product will not fall short of the expected flavour, says TR with conviction coming from years of experience.
Oruthalai Kadhal is jointly produced by Kural TV Creations and Simbhu Cine Arts.
