Reema Sen is miffed that a leading Tamil newspaper carried news with her quote that she is all set to tie the knot soon.
Speaking to tamilkey.com from Mumbai, she clarifies: “First and foremost, I have not spoken to any Tamil daily. Why do people speculate about my marriage, when I have made it clear that the first people I speak to, after my wedding is fixed will be the media?”
Last week, Reema was spotted sitting in the front row, cheering for her boyfriend Shiv Karan Singh who was walking the ramp for fashion designer Rajvi Mohan in the capital.
When asked about Delhi tabloids reporting the news, the actress is quick to reply, “I am a regular at all fashion shows be it Mumbai or Delhi and what’s the deal in that? I love to hang around with my friends.”
The actress who has been getting congratulatory messages from her friends in the industry after reading the reports continues in annoyed tone: “God knows why I am dragged into all this. First it was those explicit stills from my Bengali film circulating in the media and now it’s the news about my marriage. Sometimes it’s difficult to comprehend why our privacy is invaded. Let me make it clear once again that I am not getting married in the near future”.
