Distributors are skeptical over the release of Mayakkam Enna and Osthi. Their fear is about the release date of the movies. If they happen to release at the same time, one will be pitted against the other and there are chances of business getting affected because of that. Although earlier reports suggested that Mayakkam Enna will be released on 18th and Osthi on the 23rd of November, it was not confirmed.
Besides, Selvaraghavan recently tweeted saying that he wants to release Mayakkam Enna a few days after the scheduled release date owing to university exams. However, Simbhu is looking at the release date of 23rd November firmly.
